Super Inks - Printers and supplies

I ordered a combo set with all the ink cartridges. The manufacturer emailed me before I even installed the product and I thought it was great. At first I had a problem installing the black cartridge; However, when they contacted the company, they responded quickly and provided me with instructions that helped immediately and perfectly installed the black cartridge. My HP printer has no problem recognizing OEM inks - just the normal 3rd party ink warning. Great product for less than half the regular price - I highly recommend it. I am a regular customer and will continue to use Smart Ink.
