Ideal for removing blue light
They are light and comfortable to wear. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is just to get used to the nose pads. This is the first pair of glasses I've had to wear, so I'll have to get used to them. Otherwise the headaches are gone and my eyesight isn't strained like it used to be.
