I have so many trees, moons and suns for my diamond painting collection but I love them. I didn't have any of the four in this set. I prefer some over others, but with a few fun colors, they'll all be fun. Since they are smaller, they also empty pretty quickly. I can make one of these in less than a week. And during a snowy week earlier this year I made four of this size. Don't expect a photorealistic final project when it's done. The finished project will look impressionistic with less detail. Due to the size of the canvases, which are average in relation to the number of colors applied, I would put my patience (or skill) on INTERMEDIATE - each canvas has 20 colors for a size of 30x30cm. The grids are easy to read. You can pick up longer rows of the same color and this set includes multiple tool heads of different sizes! But of course you will still score points in many places. Everything you absolutely need for this project is included. My general thoughts on diamond painting: Always check your diamond painting first upon receipt to make sure the adhesive on the canvas reaches all edges of the picture. If not, order a replacement. This is a rare problem and thankfully not encountered with this canvas, but it is the first important step in any project. Diamond painting for me is a relaxing activity, it takes the best parts of puzzle solving and cross stitching and combines them into one activity. The end result is that you get a work of art when you want to use it. Sure, it seems like I'm creating more art than I can realistically use, but for the price of one of these kits, it's cheap therapy. I have a briefcase to store the canvases before and after they are made to keep them flat. The details of the image are certainly not as sharp as in the photo, but make for a pointillist painting with brilliance. I love the art styles of Pointillism and Impressionism, so I like them a lot in many ways.
