Review on Resistant Stainless Cooling Non Toxic Dishwasher by Cynthia Smith

This is a really good set of baking sheets. We cook at home quite a bit and our large baking sheets were always in the kitchen. Roasts, cooking, family gatherings, etc. Now that the kids are out of the house, routines change, but we still have to eat, right? These smaller pans make this transition easier. They also help me hold multiple items in the oven at once without creating aluminum foil sculptures around them. Now I can also use the smaller silicone baking sheets that came with the kit, so there is less foil and parchment paper overall. The only thing they could do better (for me) is a professional grade mesh cooling rack, but they work just fine. I like the look of stainless steel. I will hand wash mine to keep them looking shiny and pretty, but there's no reason they can't be dishwasher safe too. They're quickly gaining a place in my kitchen!
