Takes a while to get used to
Much stiffer than I expected but can give under pressure. I definitely only recommend on large areas of the body; those. hips, buttocks, abdomen, back. It hurts a little in muscle or bone areas, even in the shower. Plus, it really doesn't flex in the cracks. However, I feel like it does a good job of exfoliating my stomach and thighs where I have a lot of stretch marks. I still don't know if I love it or hate it; and I'm still leaning against my dry body brushing against it. For the price, though, it's worth a try, especially if you want to focus on large areas of the body.
