Great Beam For Working Higher Level Skills!

I used this beam for working skills such as back handsprings, front and back walkovers, and leaps. It is sturdy enough so you can grip it but also soft enough so you can do skills safely. This beam has helped me get new skills during quarantine, and I highly recommend it. I am a 13 year old excel gold gymnast. Holds up to my weight, about 100 pounds. I didn't have any issues with it, it is all around a perfect beam for home use.
