I ordered 2 of these, about a week apart. The first one came beautifully, with dark deep engravings like the picture shows. The second one had really light engravings and they weren't as deep as the first (like the laser wasn't turned up enough) and overall didn't look as nice. Don't pay attention to the "preview" when typing what you want on each side. The information will appear separately, on each side, unlike on just one side like the preview shows. There is not a finish on the blocks, you could stain them another color after you get them. It took about 2 days for the first block to be made and about 5 days for the second block.
