UPDATE: They sent me a new one pretty quickly after I contacted them. This one withstood all the crazy weather very well. I've had it for over a year now and it's fantastic. No tears or tears, it gets taken off and put back on every time I drive. I bought it on February 13, 2020. The seller was contacted on 03/01/2020. The cover has small tears on the lower right side (exhaust side). Not from the exhaust itself, the heat resistance and water resistance are just awesome, but from the pegs. I was careful not to snag the shoe when putting it on and taking it off and as it rained here the shoe was on the bike most of the time. I've opened and closed it probably about 10 times since I bought it and noticed tears all over the floor. It's probably because the wind pulls the lid around the bottom, but I always try to buckle the buckle so I'm not sure what happened there. I love the cover, it's a great price but when it rips after 10 uses I can't justify buying it. Now these are small tears about 1-2 inches long along the bottom, about 2 inches or so from the elastic seam. Again, super nice case, waterproof and heat shield work great, probably better for those storing their bike for the season than commuting.
