I used these in a 18 inch pillow. They make the pillows look extra fluffy and fill out out wonderfully. They are comfortable to lean on when on the couch and fluff up nicely if you do decide to actually "use" them. I would definitely recommend these pillows, just make sure to upsize if you want your cushion covers to look nice and fluffy!
