Slightly muffled, but ok for a call center
The sound is average, a bit muffled, but ok for a call center. I took the one with the USB connector, so I had no problems connecting the plug. Unfortunately, the headphones weren't as comfortable as I'd hoped. I wear headphones all day and was hoping they would relieve my earache but they didn't. Noise canceling could be, but on test calls I hear the background quite well. Under $20 isn't the worst deal, if you can find more I think you can find better. *One month later* - Still in use, no complaints from customers and they are more comfortable than I thought. Changed to 4 stars.
