Surprised how soft this dress was. It's like a high quality soft towel to rest your face on. He's 5ft 9" and the medium size is perfect for his average build, maybe he could go a size down but I always try to allow for shrinkage in the wash. Would keep because hostels recommend that students wear them when they get out of the shower, but my son doesn't wear bathrobes to begin with.
