I originally ordered this for my Peloton and I think I may have clamped it incorrectly as the back where the heel presses against it has broken off, but the seller personally contacted me after I requested a replacement and was very nice. about it and ask questions that make me feel like they are trying to keep improving their product. I received the replacement in about a week and have been using it for a few weeks now with no problems. It's durable and the toe box is roomy and comfortable and can be adjusted for freedom/density.
