Review on Hosa CPP 890 Unbalanced Patch Cables by Richard Puckett

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works well. - Computer Accessories & Peripherals

Hard to beat for the price. I use them with Moog Voyager Select, VX-351 CV Expander and CP-251 CV Mixer/Processor. When I bought the CP-251, I received eight 1.5 foot patch cords. They were thicker and appeared "quality" or "more professional". However, Hosa cables are "quality" and there are no problems with them. Although the cable is smaller in diameter (insulation and overall thickness, at least) than the others, I haven't had any issues. Maybe time will tell, but they're easy to patch and work well. There are some cable storage that are not present in others. However, after hanging for a while, this problem seems to have diminished. For price and performance I would recommend these patch cords; Assuming you can live with the slight cable memory effect.
