The controller seems cheap but for the price it doesn't bother me but what is frustrating is the process of connecting to a PC. When I plug in the dongle and turn on the controller, it technically connects to the PC but doesn't work with games or apps. However, if you press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds, it will "turn off" but then start working with PC. The lights on the controller indicate it's off, but it actually works. Also, it often turns off and just stops working unless I turn it on and off a few times. I may have two of these, but I'm not sure.
