This is the second cassette I bought to transfer some old cassettes to iTunes. Apparently they are all the same, just from different manufacturers. Luckily, the first one included Audacity, although you can download a much newer version for free. But this version seems sufficient for what I do. Oh, and the first one died after 3 days of use. Everything moved, but there was no way out. This second one comes with something called AudioLava which didn't work the first time. Everything seemed to work fine during recording, but it freezes when I try to export the file. So here's my suggestion: buy the cheapest one as they are all the same, get the one that comes with Audacity or download it. Giving 3 stars because it seems to work.
