they were just perfect but after I put one down and a few minutes later I went outside and checked my mail when I got back When I was in the house I noticed it falling out like I couldn't find it anywhere. I thought it would stay, considering the end is spherical, but I don't think it's big enough to hold securely. I am so disappointed they were very beautiful and I just lost mine taking them out to clean my nostrils it was a real diamond set in gold and very small not everyone noticed also I have had it since I'm about 20 years old and I loved the size so much back when you couldn't wear a piercing to work, but mine was so discreet I got away with it every time
