Broke in a few weeks, support doesn't recognize anyone.
Lasted a few weeks before problems. The earbuds won't switch/disconnect when I put them in the case, which is annoying. I miss notifications/calls when the headphones are put away because they connect to my phone when they should be off. I sent several support requests and waited 30 minutes. There is no customer service. This is a scam. They got my $200 and ran off with it. Sound and battery are at least good.
