After comparing many options I settled on this bottle and was very impressed to order another for my wife and now my son wants a bottle. They send a recipe book with information about drinking infused water and recipes. I started with melon which I stuffed into the tea infuser and left overnight as recommended and I was hooked. I was able to get a second helping of water from the same fruit I made today with pineapple. In fact, I used the same fruit three times today, so you don't have to replace the fruit every time. I'm trying frozen fruit tonight. This bottle is well constructed, with notches on the sides and a rubber grip on one side to help hold it. There is a small ring clasp that protects the lid from accidental opening. On the side there are goal markers like 8:00, 9:00, 10:00 etc. that try to encourage you to keep up with your drinking. With a case on, they wouldn't be visible in person, and at least on blue, filled with water, these markings aren't that easy to read. I'm an avid weight lifter and water has always been my enemy but I hate drinking plain water, every soda I've drank has always been diet soda and now I've eliminated soda and now because I have a gallon of water drink a day and love it, I have no room for soda. Fresh fruit, canned fruit, frozen fruit are all options. No more stagnant old water.
