This is a good product. The price is reasonable, it comes with lots of strong plastic spools, two sturdy cases and I love the clasps, the stickers are a nice touch and it's nice to have removable parts. It almost earned five stars on its own until I realized I couldn't use other coils in these cases. If I were to compare it to my other floss cases it would probably get three and a half stars for which I prefer. I found it a pity that I didn't pay attention to the dimensions in the description. So if you're like me, keep in mind that these cases are small compared to the standard cases you can buy at other craft stores (see photos). These two together are almost the same size as my other case. Because they are smaller, the coils can only be placed horizontally in the box. I personally don't like it because I can't see my labeled numbers clearly. I like my spools to be vertical so I can easily see the tab with my color number. If you don't care, this is still a great product. However, be aware that other coils may not fit, so you may just use what's available or find a similarly small size. This is for your information only. I can see how small boxes can make it easier to carry. If you are looking for something other than embroidery thread, this product is great for beads, needles, sundries, etc. Removable walls make it easy to change the size of the compartments. Overall I like the value of the product and it will last, but I don't like that it's not quite compatible with other floss cases so I'll probably stick with the larger sizes I use and them use for other smaller performances.
