Too rough for me. Oral Care

These replacement brush heads have a very rough vibrating action. I've been using Sonicare for about 20 years, so I have a good idea of what vibration should feel like. I felt they would damage my gums if I used them for a long period of time so I sent them back. However, the brushes themselves were nicely shaped - they don't have the cutouts for teeth that you find on branded replacement brush heads that I prefer.
