Motor quit after only 2 weeks use
I ordered this for my brother who had open heart surgery and needed assistance getting out of chairs. The motor quit after only 3 weeks. it hums but does not work any more. I picked it up from his house and we cannot get it fixed. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS MANUFACTURER AGAIN. It was comfortable and he loved it until it QUIT. I could have probably rented him one for the same price. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
