The end result with a mixture of 1% milk and half the fat is better than any hot chocolate I've ever tasted. And this number only lasts three minutes. All you have to do is press a button to start the machine. It turns itself off when the hot chocolate has reached the right temperature. It is relatively small for a device and takes up very little cabinet or counter space. It would be nice if the carafe could be detached from the base and it would be nice if it beeped when finished instead of just turning off. But in 3 minutes I hardly have time to get out of the kitchen. Definitely Keeper and has quickly become one of my favorite toys. I drink hot chocolate about 5 times a week.
