Great quality for the price!
These are one of my favorite headphones, the quality is fantastic and I've never broken a pair of headphones (although I've lost a few instead) they are perfect for school or work if you have headphone thieves, so how they're so cheap you can buy multiple pairs and not have to worry about dealing with tinny, crappy sound quality like most other $10 headphones. Philips is my brand for good quality at a low price.
