The most helpful feature of this software was being able to make changes with out having someone else do it, which allowed me time in other areas such as meetings or paperwork! I dislike how you can't go back once making an edit if there are errors made due from lack knowledge/experience using Mmp.

Make sure your willing to learn all aspects about what they offer before purchasing because not everything offered by them may be needed depending upon their needs. Creating our plan has been easier then expected when working through problems we have had with previous managers who did nothing but complain instead of helping us get things done!!
