Review on Rechargeable AMERTEER Wireless Presenter: Laser Pointer Remote For PowerPoint Presentations by Vickie Kraus

I bought this item a year ago and used it for just one presentation. I went to use it again today and the charging port broke when I plugged it in. Unfortunately, I will be unable to use it a second time.Update: I spoke with the company and they offered to send me a free replacement and they said there was an issue with the charging cords being too big for the port. They have sent me a new one. I have yet to use it, but I updated my review to 4 stars due to customer service and the performance of the original item when it was usable.
