Well this has changed my life for the better! I've tried delicious Käsespätzle in restaurants in France, Austria and Germany and I sometimes crave it at home. Whenever I tried using a strainer or a ready-made spaetzle, it was always a mess or a disappointment. This little gadget is a game changer! In just a few minutes, it turns into a perfectly gnarled fat spaetzle. It's hard to clean, but worth it - use lots of cold, soapy water and some elbow oil. I would recommend this to anyone looking to add a spaetzle to their weekday meal. Simple and delicious!
