The product is quite easy to use, it's very well documented (and has multiple guides), they have great customer support as I've experienced so far with my team member who helped me get up-to speed quickly! They also offer free trials which makes getting started easier than some other products out there that require upfront payment or setup fees before you can even test their software / features - but if your budget allows then this should be fine too :) We're using PagerDuty integration in order solve scheduling problems within our orgs by automating notifications across all teams when something happens at one of them.
