I like this system very much. We had a similar, much older Panasonic PBX and were never satisfied with the sound quality. Replaced it with a V-Tech system, but while the sound was good, the remote phones kept losing contact with the mothership. Our house has a basement and two floors above. Returned it and bought this Panasonic system - a much better system than V-Tech. The sound quality is much better, although not perfect. Long-distance phones remain connected to the mothership at all three levels. The improvements over the old system are great and overall we felt this system met our needs well.
