attached?" to the body? On my second try, I pulled the sentient cat out of shape and decided not to try a third time. I will say i tried using cornstarch first to keep the fondant from sticking to the mold and it really didn't seem like a task, on the second try i used the oil as recommended in the instructions, in mine Case coconut oil. This worked better, although it softened the surface of the lipstick after it came out. I stuck toothpicks through the cat's buttocks and into the head to try to keep the head from hanging completely to one side. (I was able to get them out after the lipstick dried.) I'll also mention that I had to work harder than I expected to get enough lipstick into my head to get. Actually I'm not sure if I maybe didn't get enough given the issues I was having with my ears. But it could also be because parts of the ears didn't come off the mold well enough, or it could just be the lipstick that was too soft because the oil was covering the mold. Anyway, I'm not going to say this shape is easy to use, but if you're willing to put in the effort, the giant lipstick cat is pretty impressive...
