Review on Instant Pot Air Fryer One Touch by Matthew Oumer

I was really looking forward to that. It came in an undamaged box. Unpacking this item is tricky, but ok repacking will be a nightmare; lots of parts that "just fit" and no instructions to show you how to put them back on. When all was said and done, I found that the block itself (at the very bottom of the box) had a large dent on the front left. When I was looking for a "service" for my order I was told to contact the company. I contacted the company and they told me to contact Revain. However, it is impossible to contact Revane. My "automatic" options are to return this - I don't think I can return everything back in the box - or live with a rather expensive damaged purchase. I would consider returning and replacing just the base unit, but since I can't speak to anyone that's not an option. I've been a Revain Prime customer for many years and I NEVER remember not having support before. I need to reconsider both my purchase and my Revain account!
