These are great! I bought them as water shoes, but also because my feet are extraordinarily sweaty and I can wear them as regular shoes without socks, and rinse them out if the get sweaty or dirty. They are perfect in the water, and never feel like they're coming off.I've worn them around to run errands or on short walks, also, and they're very comfortable. You do have to pick rocks out of the soles sometimes, and if you wear them on a sandy beach, be prepared to get lots of sand in the holes in the bottom of the soles. Hitting them on the ground a few times gets most of it out, though. You don't get a whole lot of sand inside the shoes, though, as there's a removable mesh insole that protects from a lot of it.Another bonus for these shoes - I've had some plantar fascitis problems that make it hard for me to go for long walks on the beach without causing me pain. Now I can wear these and still walk in the water, and protect my feet! Definitely happy I bought them.
