Review on Emma by Eddie Simpkins

I have been using Emma since 2016 and it has helped to improve our company's marketing strategy. The automation features are fantastic! We can easily schedule emails to be sent out at certain times in the future or even send them out automatically if we don't want to be bothered. The customer service is also great through the chat feature. There are some minor bugs here and there (such as when we click "send" it sometimes takes a couple minutes before the email actually goes out), but nothing too major. Just make sure you use the automated email scheduling feature. It will save so much time! Our team can now focus on other important tasks rather than sending emails manually, which saves us a ton of time!
