Dangerous! Probably breaks code.
This extension has a non-polarised plug (ie both pins are the same size). However, the output part of the extension cord is polarized (one prong is narrow, the other wide). This makes it very easy to accidentally connect a device with a polarized wire in the reverse direction (i.e. neutral connected to power and power connected to neutral). I am surprised that a product like this is being sold.
