I had severe scalp irritation. I bought this hoping it would help as nothing else worked and did this. After a few washes, my scalp felt a lot better. Smells incredible. Plus the price isn't bad for all that. You get a lot. Now I ran out of shampoo long before conditioner. But the air conditioning works amazing! Definitely use when your scalp is irritated.
