Super cute but my only complaint is that it hurts to wear until you get used to it. It works with a sewing foot to keep it in place in your nose. The part that is on the outside (due to the pressure of the foot on the inside) digs right into the skin from the outside and causes severe pain in the nose after wearing it. I haven't had any issues with other fake nose rings but that's because they are thinner. If you want thick it's worth it (and in any case the pressure has to be strong so it doesn't slip off). Beauty is pain I guess! Just don't think it won't hurt.
