Review on 🚗 MEIDI Wireless Car Charger: Efficient 10W Auto Clamping QI Car Phone Charger with One Step Sense Air Vent Phone Holder by Anthony Grover

This wireless car charger proved so unexpectedly cool that it replaced my trusty iOttie Easy One Touch Mini (shown left in attached photo and video). Pros:✔️ 10W* gently charges the Note10 when using navigation and Bluetooth✔️ Automatic clamping mechanism triggered by the weight of the phone being lowered✔️ Clamps are easily released by touch sensors on the left and right sides✔️ Air vent mount with floor supports becomes secure , little wobbling ✔️ Includes Quick Charge/QC 3.0 power supply and cable ✔️ USB Type-C power connector ✔️ Relatively thin and beautiful ✔️ No fan Cons: ❌ The power supply has an always-on LED (bad for always-on Cars†) (*) Wireless charging is inherently inefficient and generates heat which, combined with heat from the battery being charged, shortens battery life (which is why many fast wireless chargers come with fans). I wanted a fanless charger so it was important that the wattage be as low as possible but still enough to charge the phone or at least break even. On my Note10, the 10W of this charger is enough to keep up with high-powered navigation and music playback, with an average of 200-500mA of residual charge going to the battery. (†) If your vehicle does not turn off, turn off the power to the auxiliary equipment while the engine is off. The steady light from the AC adapter that comes with this charger will damage your vehicle's battery. Luckily, it can be replaced with any Quick Charge/QC 2.0+ adapter of your choice.
