Looks great! Installation took 10 minutes. Remove the gasket and then unscrew the 8 torx screws that attach the front bumper to the car. Pull the bumper out to put your hand in and press the 8 tabs on each kidney to pull it out and it pops out. The new one installs by simply pushing until the 8 tabs snap into place. The packaging was very well done, double boxed with foam and plastic wrap around each grill piece. Fit and finish were perfect. Installed on a 2015 BMW 435i Convertible, F33. In the two car photo on the right is my wife's 320 with a black OEM and on the left is mine with that grille. I didn't close the hood all the way, so it looks weird.
