This was just what I needed because I often woke up with terrible back and neck pain. When I received this I tried it immediately to see if it would help relieve the deep muscle pain I was feeling. This massage gun is quite powerful and has 3 speed settings. You can tell what mode you're in by the blue lights on the back of the massage gun, and there are battery indicators at the bottom of those lights to let you know if it needs to be charged. It is very easy to use and charge. It comes with five different attachments that you can use. I ignored the part that tells you what part of the body you can use certain attachments on and tried all five on areas on my back. I would say it works very well and I certainly couldn't use it myself and I had to ask my friend to help me. You'll have to get used to how to use it as it tends to bounce off your skin and can be uncomfortable due to the rapid repetitions of this massage gun. Overall, using this massage gun once or twice a day and doing some stretching helped ease the pain. I can say that this is a very useful tool for relieving deep tissue pain, it does not immediately relieve it, but it certainly helps in its own way.
