I start with professional advice. I don't want to be too harsh, but it's obvious that whoever wrote your product review is a foreigner. The grammar isn't the best and there are a number of misspelled words. I've befriended a few valuable Chinese sellers who were struggling with their US customers and even helped them with their customer responses. English is a difficult language, but if you want to appear like you know what you're doing, hire an English speaker to write your articles. As for the product, I don't know why they don't extend the chute so the kernels and popcorn don't fly all over the place. It looks like all poppers probably have this problem as all the product images look the same. The producer pops the corn quickly, but after popping two machine-sized measuring cups, about 1/3 of the kernels don't pop. Hence the 4 star rating. The popcorn lacked the crispiness which I think is normal for an air popper. The popcorn was delicious.
