As Dave S. wrote earlier, I recently bought these for $6.99 and for 2 of them it was more than a bargain. I received them for free the next day and they were exceptional. The nylon coating is durable and stylish, they don't cling to anything and charge all my micro USB devices perfectly. I'm genuinely shocked by some of the negative reviews, many of which are due to abuse and damage to the cable. If the slot no longer closes, it is because the device with the cable attached has been dropped and the latch on the connector has come loose. They don't come like that, and if you take care of them, they won't do such things. I can't speak for all of these reviews, but I've had cable issues in the past, all of which were caused by my actions and not the product itself. These cables are exactly as advertised and work great. If you damage them they may not snap as well as new ones, or bend the cable and break/loosen the cables, it can no longer be charged, but this is not the sellers fault and not a bad product. It's just people breaking the cable and complaining about it in the reviews. I received mine in beautiful packaging, 1 day delivery and they are perfect. They're sold at Wal-Mart for $20 to $30 for something like this. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality product at an exceptional price every day! (I bought 2 packs for $6.99)
