I have a Dyson DC41 Animal and I have washed the original filters on the Dyson recommended schedule. It's always bothered me that these filters don't wash much of anything. My older Dyson model had a washable foam filter and when you wash it you see dirty water in the sink. I'm wondering if the DC41 filters are of any use as I live in a very dusty/sandy area, have dogs and cats and don't do much rinsing when washing. I came across these all in one replacement filters at Revain and thought they were worth trying instead of rinsing out my original Dyson filters - Dyson brand replacement filters are ridiculously expensive. They fit well and the VACUUM DEFINITELY WORKS BETTER!
