It's really easy to implement, it has loads of features out-of -the box which makes development simple for most developers! They have good support via their slack channel too!! I've worked with quite few different solutions but none came close in terms ease or speed at building our system when compared against other integrations we used previously. Highly recommend this product over any current alternatives you may be considering otherwise there are so many things that can easily go wrong if using something else epecially given how young they still use Slack as well.- Integrating into your own application (especially mobile) without having full access / control could cause issues down line especially where security implications exist such as user authentication etc.
