I like that it's been able to help us identify our audience members so we can better target them through advertising campaigns. It has also helped me create ads more efficiently by providing information about my users' behavior. The fact that there is no way to edit or delete posts once they've been published is problematic for businesses who need to keep up their brand presence without wasting time editing old content. Also, sometimes when viewing search results you have to scroll down to see all the other results which makes it difficult if your page is long. We use Insight for business as an ad targeting solution and an editorial product management platform.
