Review on CMI Justice by Timothy Cole

I love that you can search all of your information in one place, rather than have multiple places with different systems! The only downside is it doesn't really work well when you want to compare items between departments/agencies or even within an agency - there are so many things going through our system now because we don't know where to look if we need something else for another department. If everyone used this tool, maybe then problems would be minimized across agencies. This helps me keep track of everything at my job as far as employees go. It's also helped us get back-logged tasks done which was great since it kept some people from getting fired due to not having their paperwork completed.
