I like that it is easy to use in both online & offline environments as well has all of their templates are catered towards B2B marketing solutions which makes them very useful across many different verticals within our organization! The ability to track engagements from start date through completion was one thing we really liked about this tool when compared with other vendors out there at time (like Vocus).
There were also some features they offered not available elsewhere such us an auto-responder feature or being able send emails directly into CRM without having someone else do so via emailing lists etc - these would be great additions if possible next year but overall no complaints here!! As mentioned above tracking engagement dates/times throughout campaigns helps tremendously because you can see what stage your campaign goes thru before reaching end users vs sending reminders later down stream after people have already received content / information.
