Right. They look great and have everything you need to install bearings for headsets that don't use cups. Time will tell how good the bearings are. But in the future only the lower bearing will have to be replaced, other elements will remain on your bike for a long time. A good seller to pack all necessary items in one kit otherwise hard to find and expensive to get all parts especially when building a new bike like me.
