Let me start by saying that I have collected quite a few CEACO puzzles and never had a problem before this one. There's nothing worse than spending hours solving a jigsaw puzzle only to find you're missing the pieces. I finished Beauty and the Beast and there was ONE detail missing. This is the only one of the four I've made so far, so I'm not sure if all of them are missing pieces or not. Real puzzle pieces have a funny shape. They are pointed and many of them have straight edges, making it difficult to tell which ones are meant for a boarder. The finished product is also much smaller than other 500 piece jigsaw puzzles I have put together. I contacted the company and they said they would send me a replacement but it takes 4-6 weeks to get here. So you either have to disassemble the puzzle or find a place to store an almost completed puzzle for a month. It's just awkward, especially when I was planning on framing them.
