It's not as easy as I thought. I didn't like the assembly instructions that much as the film is difficult to cut as it tries to stick to the glass. This causes problems and I used a new very sharp utility knife. In the end I made the following changes to the installation: 1. Clean the glass.2. Measure and cut the film to fit the area (better to measure too big than too small).3. Bring the cut piece to the area and trim off the overlapping sides to make sure it fits. It's much easier to cut with scissors or a paper cutter than with a utility knife when the foil is already in place.4. Remove the protective film.5. Gently spray water on the glass to wet the surface.6. Place the film on the glass, run your finger over the top of the film to hold it in place, straightening if necessary. Smooth the foil with something flat to remove air bubbles and dry with a cloth. I just covered 20 small pieces of glass with this material and on the last 5 it seems I figured it out. When the corners come out, you can re-wet the glass and glue again. They just have to be flush with the corner or air will get in and they'll pop out again. Still, buy more than you need to have enough to correct mistakes. Overall I really like the look!
