If I could give less than one star I would. The instructions provided with this product are not clear as the person who translated them does not seem to speak English. Since the heated grips ran on 12 volts, I connected them to the bike's battery and they worked fine for the first 10 minutes. However, after leaving the bike for a while to check them out, the wires melted and the bike nearly caught fire. It also caused damage to other wires. Upon further investigation it was found that the wires supplied with the product were of very high quality (24 gauge) and most likely overheated due to the current flowing through the handles.
