Added two of these to my 2010 Honda Fit database. One was added next to the existing power connector. I plug my Garmin GPS into the power port, so I need a separate USB port, and I don't like the untidy look of the Walmart splitter. I installed the other behind the center console for my children in the back seat. The installation time and effort was fairly quick - it took me a couple of hours to open the panels, drill holes, install some extra wiring and connectors, connect to the existing power cords, install outlets, swap out the panels and clean . YMMV depends on where you install it, the type of vehicle and your skill level.
